Integrated Science is a self-paced course
- Students update a progress tracker daily where they can see their progress compared to the recommended pace.
- All instruction is done using short tutorial videos created by Mr. Weiger
- This allows students to work at the right pace for them.
- If a student needs to re-watch a tutorial video they have time to do so.
- On the other hand, if a student can move at a rapid pace through the material, that's okay too!
- This structure allows me to work one-on-one with students every day for the entire class period.
Grades will based on:
- Performance:
- Reflection assignment every three weeks
- Student projects which meet criteria and constraints
- Practice
- Short quizzes on course material as students move through the curriculum
